This print shows the imperial procession passing through Nihonbashi, central Tokyo, as the emperor proceeds to Ueno. Ahead of the emperor's carriage is a green woodwork gate of cedar, and behind the carriage is a huge sea bream (symbol of the auspicious) made of cloth.
