Gilt-edge leaves are tabbed into album with lacquer boards and leather spine; front cover has hand-painted and inlaid scene of a potted plum tree on the small table sorrounded by flowers and a bird; inlays are of ivory?; back cover is painted view of a dragonfly, a ladybug, a praying mantis, a butterfly and grasses.
Consists of 50 hand-tinted photographs mounted on 25 leaves show landscapes, and leisure venues in Japan; some of the photographs have no. and English caption printed in the hemline.
