These common rules apply to the Central Library, Campus Libraries (Takata, Toyama, Science and Engineering, Tokorozawa), Student Reading Rooms (Political Science and Economics, Law, Education, Commerce & SILS, Social Sciences), Student Reading Room at the Center for Japanese Language, and the Theater Museum Library. The number of library materials that can be borrowed is the total number of materials from all libraries included in the common rules.

Services for library card (Blue) holders are the same as those for graduate students. Please note that these users cannot borrow materials from the student reading rooms (Political Science and Economics, Law, Education, Commerce & SILS, Social Sciences) and the Theater Museum Library.
Services for library card (Green) holders are the same as those for faculty members.
