Waseda University has had a cooperative agreement with Korea University since 1973 and also both Libraries exchanged memorandum of mutual cooperation in March 2002 and started Inter-Library Loan since June 2002. You may be able to consult materials written in Hangeul which are not easily accessible in Japan comparatively quickly at a low price.

Where you can request	Reference desk (2nd floor) in the Central Library
Eligibility	・Waseda University Student, Full-time Faculty and Staff ・Library Card (Green) Holders
Intended Materials	Hangeul materials and the materials published in Korea owned by the Korean University Library.
Copying	Application limit: up to 10 requests at one time (you can request again after previous requests are all arrived)
Borrowing Materials	Up to 3 books at once for 4 weeks (including shipping time). You can browse only inside the Central Library (cannot bring them outside of the Library).
Fee	・Copies: 50 won/page ＋ Postage ・Borrowing Materials: Mailing costs (round trip)
